Renée A. Paschall

President

Ms. Paschall was elected to the board May 2015, representing the Place 6 At Large community. A former educator, Ms. Paschall retired from JISD in 2013. She has been a resident of the district for more than 30 years, a three time elected Councilwoman from the City of Converse, and is married to the former board trustee, Johnny Harris.

Suzanne Kenoyer

Vice President

Ms. Kenoyer was elected to represent District 1 in May, 2017. She retired from JISD in 2013 after 23 years as a teacher and a curriculum specialist. She is a graduate of Texas State University and Houston Baptist University. Ms. Kenoyer has been a resident of Judson ISD for 26 years.

José Macias

Mr. Macias was elected to the Judson Board of Trustees in 2010 and re-elected for a third term in 2017. He is honored to represent the citizens of district 4. Mr. Macias is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a graduate of San Antonio College, and Our Lady of the Lake University. Professionally, Mr. Macias has spent nearly twenty years as a non-profit administrator. He is a married to Rosie Merced - Macias, a 1990 Judson graduate, and has two wonderful daughters, Venessa, a 2013 Judson graduate, and Jillian, class of 2020.

Richard LaFoille

Trustee

Mr. LaFoille represents the constituents of District 2 and has served on the board since 2004. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and he and his wife have lived in Judson ISD for over 40 years. Mr. and Mrs. LaFoille are longtime volunteers at Park Village Elementary school.

Debra Eaton

Ms. Eaton is a military veteran of 28 years as SFC, United States Army (Ret) and was elected to represent, District 3 of the JISD, in May 2017. She is a Parent, Grand-Parent and Great-Grand-Parent of current and former JISD students. She has degrees in Public Health and Business Administration with a Masters in Education. She has been a resident of JISD for 25 years.

Jennifer Rodriguez

Jennifer Rodríguez

Ms. Rodríguez was elected to represent District 5 in May 2017. She is a graduate of the University of Washington and is finishing her master's degree at UTSA. She has worked in education for 16 years, first as a teacher and now in the field of teacher development and support. Ms. Rodríguez and her husband have lived in Judson ISD for ten years.

Lynette Perez

Lynette Perez

Trustee

Ms. Perez is a juvenile and child welfare attorney and mediator. She received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, a Master's degree in Public Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University. She is married to Eli Perez and has resided in the Judson ISD since 2008.

Dr. Ball

Jeanette Ball, Ph.D.

Superintendent of Schools

Dr. Ball has more than 20 years experience in education. She was Superintendent of Uvalde CISD for five years prior to being selected to lead Judson ISD. Before her service in Uvalde she spent many years with Southwest ISD first as a teacher and principal and later in district office administration. Dr. Ball earned her Master of Education from UTSA and Doctorate from Texas A&M University, College Station.
